Keaton has several years experience, as a team leader and has managed a diverse work environment. He maintains a high level of professionalism, which allows him to provide quality service. Keaton is able to efficiently and effectively communicate with his team, which allows him to implement his strong analytical skills. He also demonstrates the ability to solve and mitigate complex processes and problems; as well as executes projects to ensure details are not overlooked.
Keaton graduated from Howard University where he received a Bachelor in a Health Care Management and served as the president of the Health Management Society. From an earlier age, Keaton had a true passion for Medicine and Dentistry. At the age of 16, he became a dental assistant and was X-rays certified. His goal is to become an Oral Surgeon but he wanted the first-hand experience of running a dental office. Upon graduation, he managed a State-Of-The-Art Dental Office in the Washington DC area.
Keaton is world traveled and has been to China, Thailand, Dubai, Africa, Mexico, Belize and most of the Carribean. Keaton lives by the philosophy that is..."Travelling through the world produces marvelous clarity in the judgment of men, This great world is a mirror where we must see ourselves in order to know ourselves."
Rose has worked in Corporate America as a Director for several years and was sought out after by a dentist who needed A savvy business minded individual to manage and oversee his “Affluent Practice System, VIP Study Group,” where she recruited dentist nationwide to join his membership. She then transitioned into dental management and received invites to lecture on successful case acceptance as well as being requested for new office startups. Rose participated in MGE Training, is a Certified Project Manager, Certified by the Scheduling Institute and provides training sessions for embezzlement prevention.
Rose has received numerous accolades, however, she rarely boasts about her achievement because she prefers to build and develop long-term relationships with those dentists who are aspiring to reach their goals. Rose’s philosophy is “It doesn’t matter how educated or wealthy you are, whether you are a doctor or dentist, patient's will always respect a humble and caring individual”.
Rose is also a stage 3 Breast Cancer survivor and often tells her story as an illustration of determination. Throughout this trying period of time, she was still passionate about life and seeing others succeed. After her fight for life, she insists that Dentist make smart life-changing decisions to maximize the most out of there life and look to experts for assistance in areas they are less familiar with.
